In order to protect fish stocks on Lakes Peipsi, Lämmi and Pihkva, the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Peipsi fishermen's organizations have entered into a free will agreement, in connection with which a guide for reporting possible infringements has been prepared.
