Register your activity with the Environmental Board if you plan to:
- Transport waste as part of your economic or professional activities (the person wishes only to transport the waste)
- Collect waste as part of your economic or professional activities (intended for waste treatment plants, ports, waste collection points of local governments)
- Organise, as a broker, the disposal or recovery of waste on behalf of others (a broker is not engaged in transport, storage or handling of waste in any other way)
- Operate as a waste dealer (a dealer is not engaged in transport, storage or handling of waste in any other way)
- Provide an organised waste transport service for the local government (transport of municipal waste collected separately)
- Recovery or disposal of waste pursuant to Regulation No. 21 of the Minister of the Environment (e.g. the registration of waste recovery gives the right to fill roads with bricks and concrete, to use domestic sewage sludge for landscaping or to plan an area with stones and soil brought from elsewhere as waste).
- The registration or decision to refuse it is issued within 30 days as of the submission of an application in compliance with the requirements.
- The activities of an applicant are registered when the Environmental Board sends a corresponding confirmation.
- We provide feedback as soon as possible if the planned activity requires an environmental permit (waste permit).
